Our Microcement is fully water proof, however again, it requires correct application to achieve these properties. The only Microcement that we use: is Forcrete and is applied in several layers and every layer is fully waterproof, prior to the application of the final sealer. Most Microcement on the market rely on the sealer (usually solvent-based) to ensure no water entry – scratch the sealer – water ruins your project, which we have seen time and time again with inferior Microcement supplies. As every layer of our Microcement system is waterproof, it creates a perfect solution when applied in wet rooms, bathrooms and other areas of high humidity and damp.
