  • For indoor use only – The brackets expose the wood beneath, compromising waterproofing. Contact us for outdoor options.
  • Fireplace & Radiator Use – Microcement is heat resistant, but we advise checking your fire’s heat output before installation.
  • Shelf photos – The images used are an example of a shelf that has been made and is ready to dispatch. This may not be the actual shelf that you receive. With any hand-applied product – the pattern may vary.

What is MicroCement

MicroCement is a cement-based coating that is mixed with fine aggregates, resins and pigments to provide an extremely strong, highly bonded finish. MicroCement creates a fully waterproof coating that is hand applied over a wooden shelf. These shelves can not be used outside or in showers due to the nature of the brackets used.

Delivery is to the UK mainland only. Scottish Highlands and offshore locations, such as the Isle of Wight, Guernsey, Jersey, Northern Island and some postcodes will incur extra courier fees. Please check with us beforehand.
· The photos shown in this listing are an “example” of a shelf that has been made. This may not be the actual shelf that you will receive, Microcement is a hand-applied finish – variations in pattern and texture may differ. Lighting, screen brightness and other factors may affect the colour displayed – we always recommend that customers purchase a physical sample beforehand.
· This shelf is assembled and complete with adjustable floating shelf brackets that can take 100KG of weight providing the fixings that you use are sufficient. We do not provide fixings as they vary depending on your wall type, such as brick, plasterboard etc.
· These shelves are wooden inside and due to the brackets used – they are only suitable for use indoors.
· Props pictured such as the plant are NOT included in the price. The listing is for the shelf and floating shelf brackets only.
· As with any handmade product – items may be 1-2mm bigger or smaller.
