Description

The MicroCement and steel dining table from the Mason Range is handcrafted in BespokeCrete’s workshop in Norfolk, UK using only the best locally sourced materials. Made to order using the most reliable Microcement on the market – that is fully waterproof, heat, crack, stain and scratch resistant, whilst being non-porous.

It is suitable for all weathers and can be used either indoors or outdoors.

Microcement is a cement and resin hybrid that is incredibly strong – a lightweight coating that is an alternative to solid concrete, without the associated issues.

The Mason range table measurements are as follows:

Width: 1081mm
Length: 1900mm
Height: 745mm
Table top thickness – 33 -35mm

Here at BespokeCrete we can give you a choice of finish and colour, using the highest quality material. We can colour match the Microcement to Dulux, Farrow & Ball, Little Green, Pantone and RAL colours. Hand applied – every order has its own unique, individual finish.

Choice of any RAL colour for the steelwork

Microcement provides an array of benefits, such as being:

• Fully Waterproof (in each and every layer).
• Heat, Scratch and Stain Resistant.
• Durable and Easy to Clean (for minimum maintenance).
• Suitable for all Weathers, Conditions and Environments.
• Suitable for both Indoor and Outdoor Use.

The metal framework is manufactured by our engineers using 3mm steel box section, which creates an incredibly strong frame. The steel framework is primed, then wet sprayed, which increases durability, and every set comes with a pot of touch-up paint.

All steel is primed and suitable for outside/inside use. We also have a Hot Zinc option that results in a metallurgical bond between the zinc and the steel. It is much stronger, harder to scratch and gives better protection from corrosion. Ideal for coastal locations or heavy use.

Either primer makes no difference to the look of the painted steel.

The steel is available in any standard RAL colour.

Hot Zinc Primer

Our Standard primer is suitable for inside and outside use. We can offer a Hot Zinc Primer be is ideal for coastal locations or areas with heavy use. The Hot Zinc primer creates a metallurgical bond between the zinc and steel, creating a stronger base coat that is almost impossible to scratch back to the bare steel – keeping it protected from rust. Please contact us if this is an option that you are interested in.
What Is MicroCement?

MicroCement is a cement-based coating that is mixed with fine aggregates, resins and pigments to provide an extremely strong, highly bonded finish. MicroCement is a fully waterproof coating that produces a stylish polished concrete type finish.
Please note

· Our Microcement is completely waterproof and is virtually maintenance-free. Clean with warm soapy water or a natural-based cleaner. No need to sand back or seal again.
· This item is large and assembled.
· Suitable for inside or outside use. This table can be left outside all year round with no need to cover it. Simply clean your table in the spring, ready for another summer of use!
· Props pictured such as the furniture etc… are NOT included in the price. This listing is for 1 table and 2 benches only.
· As with any handmade product – items may be 1-2mm bigger or smaller.
· Once, an order is placed – we will send out a Microcement sample in your chosen colour to confirm your colour choice.
