Returns policy


Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

What to do if your product is faulty.

Please contact using the email address you used at checkout with the following details:

* Your order number
* The name and address you gave us at checkout
* A description of the problem and photos if relevant

If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we will exchange or refund it. After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The buyer (you) are responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item. Tracking should be obtained for all return deliveries and a collection fee will be deducted from your return for orders delivered by pallet.

All items must be fully and securely packaged prior to their return. We can not be held responsible for any damage or loss

Please note: All items delivered on a pallet, incur a collection fee of between £350 – £450 plus VAT if goods are unwanted, depending on the location and size of the item being returned. We will inform you of the collection fee and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

We will process your refund once the item has been returned to our warehouse and checked by our specialists. It can take up to 14 days (usually sooner) for the refund to appear in your bank account.

All items returned via pallet delivery, need to be securely packaged and secured to the pallet before collection. The collection is usually 1 driver and he is unable to help carry or package any products.
